Van Dyk by Wildes, the historic hotel and events venue in the Derbyshire countryside, has launched a new menu that pays homage to classic British favourites as well as offering a selection of vegetarian and vegan options.

Van Dyk by Wildes, a historic hotel and events venue in Derbyshire, has launched a new menu that pays homage to classic British favourites as well as offering a selection of vegetarian and vegan options.

Curated by Van Dyk’s in-house kitchen team using locally sourced, seasonal produce, the new menu features dishes from the grill, classics from world cuisine as well as salads, vegetarian and vegan options. From beer battered fish and chips and the Van Dyk classic burger to pan seared king scallops and crispy belly pork.

Set in the grounds of the original Georgian house, the new menu will be served in the Brasserie and coincides with the opening of the hotel's £6million refurbishment.

Paul Wildes, CEO of the Wildes Group, said: “The Brasserie at Van Dyk has always been the place to be in the area for delicious food and a great atmosphere and service. The team has worked tirelessly to put together the new menu and we can’t wait for our guests to experience it.”
