Palé Hall launches a new dining concept

Palé Hall has opened an all-day dining concept, The Huntsman, a new concept by head chef Gareth Stevenson offering English classics such as fish and chips, roasted chicken breast and Welsh Black beef cheek to name a few.

Palé Hall has opened a new dining concept, The Huntsman, by head chef Gareth Stevenson offering English classics such as fish and chips, roasted chicken breast and Welsh Black beef cheek.

Formerly the home of Palé Hall's formal dining room, The Huntsman has been opened to better serve guests and the local neighbourhood. It is open from 11am-11pm offers locally-sourced ingredients in a variety of dishes and has 40 covers.

The property is a Grade II listed country house hotel on the edge of Snowdonia National Park in Wales and part of Relais & Châteaux.
