Wernher Restaurant makes fine-dining appointment

Luton Hoo Hotel has appointed a new manager for its fine-dining Wernher Restaurant.

Luton Hoo Hotel has appointed a new manager at its fine-dining Wernher Restaurant.

Jean-François Bisault joins from London’s Hotel Café Royal, bringing 20 years of experience to his new role at Luton Hoo, where he is responsible for managing the hotel’s two AA Rosette, 80-cover Wernher Restaurant.

He says: “Luton Hoo is a very special place with its grounds, the Mansion House and its history, and the Wernher Restaurant is right at the heart of it. The team and I are committed to working on how we can make the guest journey more memorable, and my ultimate ambition is to increase the restaurant’s two AA Rosettes to three.”

Bisault will be working in partnership with head chef Joe Walker who was appointed by the hotel in August.
