Dalloway Terrace has had a winter makeover and now offers guests a taste of Switzerland and the alpine town of Gstaad.

The new incarnation - by Nikki Tibbles Wild at Heart - sets a winter scene in the Alps with snow covered pine garlands and traditional Swiss cow bells in frosty foliage.

There are Alpine classics on the menu such as a Swiss cheese board, cheese rosti, cheese fondue and a Swiss inspired afternoon tea.

Highlights of the afternoon tea - which is priced at £40 per person - include a Swiss chocolate snow coated pine tree (to share), Mont Blanc tart  and Edel Weiss white chocolate cream on a pistachio biscuit. The savoury menu include schnapps marinated cucumber on white bread, swiss mountain cheese with onion chutney on brown bread and smoked trout on guinness bread with cornichons.

Dalloway Terrace will also be offering roasted butternut squash risotto with gorgonzola and pine nuts (£18), game rigatoni, game ragu, walnut pesto and parmesan (£18) and sprout salad, combining brussel sprouts, fennel, broccoli, pecans, clementines and dressed with maple vinaigrette (£12).

Also available is a warming cocktail menu which is served with a retro viewer containing pictures of the mountains of Gstaad.
