Berners Tavern’s has introduced a Bloody Mary trolley as part of its weekend brunch offering.
Guests can choose from three original Bloody Mary recipes, made tableside with Grey Goose Vodka, tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce, or choose from a selection of condiments to make their own custom cocktail, all £14 each.
Berners Tavern’s own recipes include:
Horseradish, salt, black pepper, tabasco, lemon juice
Anchovies, orange, herbs, white pepper, lemon juice, salt
Tabasco, chilli, smoked chilli jam, Mezcal, paprika, lime juice, salt
The trolley is also stocked with smoked salt, Himalayan salt, celery salt, Maldon salt, kimchi chilli, smoked chilli, hot paprika, five spice blend, Mediterranean herbs, horseradish sauce, oyster sauce, mushroom sauce, ponzu sauce, soy sauce and more.
The Bloody Mary Trolley is available every Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 5pm.
