Hilton London Heathrow Airport hotel at Terminal 4 has created a range of new food and beverage options for meetings, conferences, events and private celebrations.
They include a Street Food Festival menu with a European selection of paella, mushroom arancini and fish and chips; the Far East is represented by Thai chicken curry, sweet potato and chickpea curry and sesame Yakitori chicken skewers from Japan.
Other choices include Mexican and US cuisine, with a dessert menu also offering international favourites.
The hotel is also offering a more substantial food selection with the opportunity to create their own ‘market stalls’ which will also offer dishes from various countries.
Along with Indian, Mexican, Caribbean, British, American, Italian, Spanish and oriental choices, organisers can also opt for a display of seafood on ice.
At the same time, the hotel has unveiled a vegetarian menu for events, which include five starters and five main courses and a new canapé offering.
Jurgen Sutherland, general manager at the hotel, believes the new menu reflects what events organisers are now looking for. He says: “The Street Food Festival and market stall choices offer an excellent mix of dishes from around the world, served in a fun and informal style. These new menus reflect the trend for a more social dining experience, where people can enjoy great food but also get the opportunity to network at the same time.”
The street food festival packages start at £35 per person plus VAT which includes five hotel dishes and two desserts, while the street food market stalls cost £50 per person plus VAT with three themed food stations plus dessert.
