Five-star boutique hotel, The Hari, has partnered with premium Japanese craft spirits distillery, House of Suntory, to create a Koyo terrace in London, celebrating the changing of the autumn leaves in Japan.
From Thursday, September 19 until Monday, November 4, guests will be surrounded by reds, oranges, and golds, as the hotel’s Garden Terrace is transformed into a Japanese Garden.
Inspired by the upcoming Rugby World Cup hosted in Japan, the Koyo terrace will offer a cocktail menu including three House of Suntory spirits – Roku gin, Haku vodka and Toki whisky – each paired with a savoury canapé.
Guests will be able to try the Netsui Fizz, a citrus cocktail that combines Haku vodka with orange liquor; the Ginza Gimlet, with Roku gin and a yuzu cordial; and the Toki-yo Haibōru, a smoky cocktail that blends Toki whisky, tobacco liqueur and soda.
Priced at £18 for each cocktail and canapé pairing, the menu will offer serves designed by The House of Suntory for the partnership.
