Radisson Hotel Group is running a campaign that aims to educate guests on the nutritional value of the breakfast food items available at its hotels, inspiring them to create breakfasts that suit their day.
Partnering with Sophie Bertrand, nutritionist and founder of Sophie’s Healthy Kitchen, a range of breakfast plate ideas will be showcased across UK hotels from mid-September to launch the campaign.
Bertrand is a Registered Associate Nutritionist with the Association for Nutrition and has a BSc degree in Psychology and an MSc in Nutrition and Eating Disorders. Her background has shaped her interest in the balance between health and food enjoyment. She and Radisson Hotel Group have created a series of educational materials to support this campaign, including posters, digital screens and an in-room brochure.
Bertrand says: “Not many people have a fridge stocked with as many breakfast ingredients as there are available at Radisson Hotel Group properties. The campaign is a great way to educate guests about breakfast, nutrition and enjoying food. I look forward to supporting Radisson Hotel Group with this activity as it continues.”
Radisson Hotel Group will have new à la carte breakfast menus available in all UK properties from October, the hotels will offer even more vegetarian and vegan options for diners.
