Exclusive Collection has appointed Phil Yeomans as executive chef at luxury country house hotel, Lainston House.
Yeomams is heading back to the property in Winchester having previously held a position as head chef of the hotel from July 2005 – July 2014.
He brings with him more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked in London at The Dorchester, Harvey Nichols, Soho House and elsewhere at The Fearrington Inn, North Carolina, USA, and as head chef of the Coral Beach Club in Bermuda.
Yeomans says: “Winchester is my home and I’m delighted to return to my roots with my family, in a position that will be an exciting new challenge for me. Lainston House has an excellent reputation and I’m looking forward to building on this and helping the team to grow.”
His style of cooking is best described as modern British, combining classical training with modern techniques.
