Filippo Tacchi and Luca Milesi have been appointed as bartenders at The Franklin Bar located at The Franklin, Starhotels Collezione in London.
Their specialities include creating classic cocktails with a minimalist approach, focusing on a few key staple ingredients and simple presentation.
Before joining The Franklin Bar, they held several bartending positions at bars and hotels across Italy and London, building on prior professional experience gained at the European Bartender School.
They both worked together at the Chiltern Firehouse, London and at the Artesian Bar, located at the Langham Hotel & Resorts, London. Tacchi started his career at the La Terrazza & The Fusion Bar, a Lungarno Collection by Salvatore Ferragamo in Florence as a bartender before being promoted to bar manager. Milesi has also worked as a senior bartender at Dry Martini by JDLM at the Melia White House.
Both have won numerous awards and gained prestigious titles throughout their career.
