The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain welcomes La Table Krug by Y as part of a new menu of fine dining culinary experiences.
In partnership with the premium Krug Champagne, the resort’s newest dining concept; La Table Krug by Y serves up innovative dishes by the resort’s Executive Chef Yann Bernard Lejard.
The concept is the first of its kind in the Middle East, and the fourth La Table Krug in the world.
Ingredients are sourced worldwide and paired with the Krug Champagnes.
The 16-person experience will be the resort’s 12th restaurant and offer an eight-course meal. The dishes will change daily and include daring, playful and unexpected specials such as rigatoni with white truffle, rich beef wagyu with zesty teriyaki, local Bahraini vegetables with confit lobster and mango emulsion and desserts such as a Blueberry Parfait in chocolate crust with coconut coulis.
Overseen by Chef Lejard, The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain also welcomes an in-house mixologist at the newly opened Bar de la Plage, private Arabian BBQs, Bahraini picnics on a ‘vanishing island’ and tasting menus.
La Table Krug by Y menu experience starts from £180 per person.
