I’m six months into my editorship at Hotel F&B magazine – and what a whirlwind it has been! Of course meeting industry personalities, attending events at beautiful hotels, sharing top-quality drinks and dinners and keeping up with trends at conferences are an enjoyable way to run a magazine, but these activities inform me, generate ideas for content and influence what goes in the magazine. And there have been a lot of ideas. So much so that we at Hotel F&B have decided that it’s time to bring more industry personalities, more findings and more experiences to our readers – and to build an even stronger food and beverage identity. The result is this refreshed magazine with new features and a complete redesign. I hope you enjoy the new look and content, with more ‘faces’ on the pages, a stronger focus on upcoming talent, more discussion and food-and-beverage-defined sections. Enjoy the read!
