World-renowned bar Dandelyan, at Mondrian Hotel, will be launching the latest instalment of its World Botany Series, where the team welcome bars from around the globe with an aim to merge their different techniques and ingredients to create a truly unique menu.
For November, Dandelyan will be collaborating with Charles H from Four Seasons Hotel Seoul.
Running from 6th-7th November, Lorenzo Antinori and Noah Kwong will team up with the award-winning Dandelyan team to give Londoners a snapshot of the South Korean capital’s booming cocktail scene.
The multi-sensory menu, comprising of five collaboratively designed Bombay Sapphire cocktails will focus on classics that have been given a Far Eastern edge.
These will include the K Pop Colada, that features Korean rice wine Magkolli specially flown over by the Charles H. team, combined with sweet potato powder and coconut cream.
