Known for his innovative dishes, executive chef Paul Bates, the lead at OXBO Bankside, restaurant of Hilton London Bankside, has released an exciting schedule of cook-a-longs for all skill levels to enjoy.
Members of the public can learn how to professionally prepare a variety of delicious, seasonal dishes to impress their friends and family.
SPRING IS HERE
Cook-a-long with Bates to prepare a whole spiced Monkfish to take home and roast ahead of the bank holiday weekend – it could be the first al fresco meal of the year as temperatures set to rise! During the masterclass workshop you’ll also be able to enjoy canapes and prosecco while Paul takes you through an interactive demonstrate on a selection of accompanying dishes including new season rocket, channa chat, cherry tomatoes & marjoram with coriander yoghurt.

As the summer BBQ season commences, cook-a-long with Bates to create the ultimate beef burger. You’ll learn how to make your own burgers from scratch while chef gives you his top tips on BBQing and the best alfresco dining dishes to accompany the main contender. Once you’ve finished prepping, you’ll be able to enjoy your burger and take part in some craft beer tasting.
The Get BBQ Ready cook-a-long masterclass workshop will be held from 6:30pm on Wednesday 20th June, priced at £75 per person. BBQ dinner is included.
SUMMER GARDEN PARTY
Cook-a-long with Bates to prepare your own lamb dish, ready to take away and eat at your summer garden party. In the masterclass workshop, you’ll learn how to create a delicious slow roasted lamb shoulder whilst sipping on a glass of Pimm’s, followed by an interactive demonstration from chef on accompanying summer dishes including cous cous with pine nuts and chorizo.
The Summer Garden Party cook-a-long masterclass workshop will be held from 6:30pm on Thursday 19th July, priced at £75 per person.
